This Friday, three brothers appeared before the Villefranche-sur-Saône court.
A few days earlier, they had been at the origin of a severe fight started in front of a restaurant in Tarare in the Rhône.
For some unexplained reason, the trio had appeared in front of the establishment on Monday evening to do battle. Not only the managers had responded, but also customers, neighbors and passers-by. According to Le Progrès, around twenty people fought before the gendarmes came to put an end to the melee.
One of the soldiers, having obtained 3 days of ITT because of the tear gas canister of one of the brothers, had constituted a civil party, in the same way as four other victims.
If their lawyer tried to reverse the roles, the brothers were condemned by the Caladois judges. The leader was sentenced to 11 months in prison, 9 of which were suspended. The second at 6 months including 4 suspended and the third at 9 months suspended. They are now prohibited from coming into contact with restaurateurs and from possessing a weapon.
