A new couple of young restaurateurs are taking over a table in the Vercors. After the Cafe Brochier of Saint-Julien and The Hotel du Vercors of Saint-Martin, it is now the turn of the Bistro of Saint-Agnan to welcome new managers, since March 18.

The reopening of this restaurant, which was closed for a few years, was only possible thanks to the purchase of the walls by the municipality and its desire to revive the central square of the village, which had been abandoned over the years of its businesses.
Léa, from Dieulefit, and Titouan, from La Rochelle, are not yet 30 years old. They met during their studies. They both hold a BTS (cooking and service), with mention as sommelier for Léa. These two young people already have a great experience: Léa worked in the restaurant The Mas du Langoustier de Porquerolles (Var), and Titouan spent three years with Ducasse (3 Michelin stars) in Le Meurice hotel from Paris.
the Bistro of Saint-Agnan , entirely renovated, proposes in a room of 18 place settings, gastronomic menus. A menu at 29 euros is offered as well as another at 42 euros with two starters, fish, meat, cheese or dessert, during the week. Exclusively for lunch, a menu at 19 euros is available. All products are local products as much as possible and the menus are changed by half every week.
