It’s a great classic. You had eyes bigger than your stomach and cooked pasta for ten.
Once the meal is finished, all you have to do is place them in an airtight container in the fridge until the next morning when you will finish them at noon or in the evening. The only downside is that pasta tends to dry out and harden when microwaved for a few minutes. To avoid losing their flavor, you are given the ultimate advice that many people ignore.
For the pasta with sauce
Sauces tend to congeal and pasta to dry out once placed in the fridge. We therefore avoid the microwave and prefer to reheat the pasta and its sauce in a saucepan over the fire. The gesture not to forget: place a few tablespoons of water in the bottom! Heat over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring regularly. As soon as it sticks to the pan, put a little water in the bottom.
For the plain pasta
You cooked pasta but you haven’t put the sauce in it yet. You can take out the pasta placed in the refrigerator and which has generally taken the form of a block in the shape of the Tupperware and immerse it for one to two minutes in boiling water. Just stir them once in a while and they are like new! All that remains is to add the sauce and the cheese.
